About Our Group

We meet on alternate weeks at the home of Elaine & John Baskerville. We look at theBible in various ways, to learn from it, but not studiously. We may look at a certaincharacter on events as described.

This term we have been encouraged to look individually and discuss favourite charcters on stories from the Bible. The emphasis on encouragement, not presumption. We are a good mix of age and gender. We are a social group from all walks of life, and as we discovered, at different stages on our own walk with God. We tend to start with a Hymn, singing talent not needed, and end our discussion with a relaxed prayer, followed by refreshment and a time to chat. it's enjoyable with lots of laughter.
